expertise spans a range of systems, notably Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP
ERP, and custom CRM solutions, where he has driven significant
improvements in operational efficiencies, user engagement, and data
integrity. At Bow Valley College, Alexander has led Dynamics 365 ERP and
CRM Implementation projects encompassing Finance, Supply Chain, HRIS,
Customer Engagement, and Contact Center Omnichannel modules, integrating
advanced business processes and system optimizations to enhance
institutional services.

With a strong foundation in Agile and PMO best practices, Alexander
excels in strategic planning, resource management, and cross-functional
collaboration. His technical acumen includes cloud computing, IoT,
