Robert Uchewuakor serves as the COO and co-owner of Adroit Staffing LLC,
bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in operations across
various sectors, including maritime, healthcare, and information
technology. His extensive background includes pivotal roles at Horneck
Offshore Services, Seamar Management LLC, and Huckeye Health Services in
Louisiana and Texas.

With a strong skill set in operational strategy, risk management, and
process optimization, Robert excels in driving organizational
performance and integrating business development initiatives. He is
known for his adeptness in fostering collaboration, improving
efficiency, and advancing operational excellence.

Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Communication,
a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) in Safety Management, and
an associate degree in Process Technology. He has studied at the
University of Houston Downtown, University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria,
and Houston Community College.

As the driving force within the organization, Robert is dedicated to
steering Adroit Staffing towards continued growth and success.
